First Blog

Well i'm new to this site, so i thought i'd write a blog.. I'm reaaallly interested in acting and i've been looking for auditions. I dont have much experience at all really, but i'm hopefully moving to the ACT next year to do more drama courses etc. (I live in a small country town with NO acting oportunity at all). At the moment i'm studying music and drama, and next year i'm going to study art, drama, music and photography. Right now i'm working on a monologue for the drama part of my school certificate. I'm performing the 'Choose Life' Monologue from the film Trainspotting. This year sometime in July i'll be doing work experience in the acting department of the AIM (australian institute of music) in sydney, with AADA (australian academy of dramatic art). I cant wait! If it all goes well maybe one day i can study there after i've finished year 12, or try and get into NIDA. (Dream come true!) Hope i'm on the right track, but for now i'm starting small.. very small!
