Which agent deal with neighbours

Thats right, i was wondering which agency deal with neighbours or even home and away. It doesn't matter if it extras. I just need to know which agent? coz when i watch these shows i realise that half of the actor can't even actor or just plain. Seriously how do these guys get on those shows? its just not fair for us, who have done acting at uni or tafe.
