Straight Theatre Casual

Hi, I am really confused by this site , so if I am posting this in a wrong place please feel free to redirect me. All I want to know is whether there are any casual straight theatre performing groups that act as a hobby, or even payed work. I am interested in joining such amateur theatre company/group, who mainly focus on straight acting as I am not a fan of musical theatre, and I am a particular fan of dark comedy, theater of the absurd, Farce, etc. Actually anything except musical theatre. Does anyone know where I could get such information and how can I join? I appreciate the help! Thanks Marla ...
