Introduction

Hello everyone. I have commenced writing a script for a feature length amateur film which I hope to have completed early next year, filming to hopefully commence by February 2008 in Newcastle and close by at Stockton Beach (20 mins north). In the mean time, I hope to make myself more known to some of the New South Wales members, particularly those from Sydney and Central/North Coast whom might be interested in VOLUNTEERING their acting prowess and also a VOLUNTEER crew to assist with everything else. The specifics of the roles will be posted closer to the date, I envisage that I will provide an overview of the script to interested individuals at that time. I can say that the film is a psychopathological thriller with some elements of violence and horror, based within the constraints of realism. The leading characters are a male (any ethnicity, aged from 20 to 40) and female (20 to 30 yrs of age, also any ethnicity), supporting roles are also male and female (aged anywhere within late 20's to late 40's). Secondary roles include male and female from late 40's to early 60's, who will need to be same ethnicity as leading female role, obviously this will be established once that role is filled. Further, I notice that there are a number of keen younger actors/actresses in Sydney area looking for roles. If I have at all nabbed your attention please let me know as there is alot of flexibility within the script to add one or more teen and pre-teen supporting character roles in this film.
