One of Sam’s outlets is talk-back radio – a medium he uses to express his (often valid) opinions. Over the course of a few days, Sam listens to the radio talk-back show of FRASER PHELPS, a notable talk-back host, on Radio 3OTT. Fraser is successful at what he does but he's also a bigot. He doesn't like callers who cross him and isn't afraid to shoot them down on air. One of those callers is Sam. TUNE IN traces a series of on-air exchanges between Sam and Fraser and how these contrast with their 'off-air' lives. The film concludes with the revelation of Fraser's desperation and Sam getting his comeuppance. THANK YOU, RYAN
