Seeking a Male Actor (Stage age of 35+) For an exciting and challenging role

Fresh Bred Productions are seeking a talented Male actor for an exciting and rewarding role in Patrick Marber's Award-winning "CLOSER". The part of 'Larry' is an exciting and challenging role and a great opportunity for any male actor who can play the appropriate age range. While Larry's age is never explicitly stated, we are seeking actors of any age who can reasonably play the role of an older (35+) male. We are seeking men with charisma and personality, and who can bring some 'gravity' to the part. Performances are to be held at Koorliny Arts Centre beginning February 13th 2014 and concluding February 22nd 2014. We are happy to be able to offer an incredibly flexible rehearsal schedule thanks to the nature of the scene structure of Closer. The chosen actor will only be required for 1 (and on occasion 2) rehearsals per week and the location of these rehearsals will be chosen to provide the most convenient location for the involved actors. Any planned vacations between now and Feb 2014 will most likely be of no issue and the production has a scheduled two-and-a-half week break over the Christmas/New Year period.
