Schools Performances

Hi everyone, I'm co-producing a professional children's theatre production for 2013 and we're taking it into schools (primary school age) in NSW and we already have quite a lot of interest. However I'm aware that there are some hoops we have to jump through in order to be allowed to do this. Does anyone know what these hoops are? I can't seem to find the information anywhere...please help out a fellow theatre person and point me in the right direction. Cheers, Jess
