Commonwealth Galah?

Which is how one might describe the treatment of local artists, on the final page of the (international) Program for Tuesdays "Gala" in PCH. "On Stage Tonight" heads (or leads) the WASO listing. However, just for one example, the listed Assoc Concertmaster, was unfortunately not seen (or heard) in attendance. Perhaps contractually, the occupants of certain principal classifications have to be named, irrespective. More importantly, "Casual Player^" was either overworked (twelve instruments), or is now an all too common class of artiste (despite ticket prices)! Such as, for example (and I do not know the people personally, or wish to get them into trouble), the regular pianist (a professional & renowned academic) and a regular violist. I suppose now, due to omission of acknowledgment, that neither can claim this excellent performance on their resumes! Whatever happened to proof readers I wonder.
