Casting agencies advertising for jobs - Misleading
Wednesday 5 October 2011
Hi [this email has been edited by its writer]
My young adult daughter has specific learning disability and sought that she was going for a job interview after reading for {DELETED]pty ltd Sydney advertising in Seek online. It was a trap, as the kid come back with no job but a $[XXX.XX] less on my credit card to pay for photo session which apparently are worth $[XXXX.00] elsewhere, for casting say street/day to day people in advertising (if any...with his millions of people on his books, after all, isn't it advertising everyday. My daughter has an additional card to pay for food. I note that the interviewer [deleted], advertises elsewhere as unique photographer of his other company.
The owner refuses to give a refund claimed straight away, claiming a no refund policy and that he 'has paid the photographer'.....
I am looking at what other people have to say about[deleted] [added:] company of this kind, and [deleted], [deleted] this practice/conduct; those who had seen him following an ad in Seek and who took the shoots.
I want to stop these scammers and look for anybody complaining about this company's conduct or other company using the same result and see what we can do to make things clear under legislation.
Thank you
Sandra
