casting directors

Hi, I am an actor about to send out packeges to casting directors that include a headshot, resume, showreel and cover letter. I need to make sure that they open it and put me on file at least. But best case scenario would be a go see appointment. Does anyone have any ideas on what is the right thing to say on the cover letter? Cheers Caitlin
