Youth Film course ?

Hi, I'm 14 and looking to do television commercials or anything similar to that. Also looking out for a good Film course that won't be too expensive. I know The City of Nedlends did one for a week, and it was free. I would love to get some answers; and please no hater comments or anything. Thankyou.
