Absolute beginner wanting to get involved in theatre

I am an absolute beginner (no experience or training) with an interest in getting involved in theatre either on stage or in assisting with the production in any capacity. I am male, 46yrs old, 173 cm tall. Am already employed full time so only able to assist outside normal business hours.
