Agency Help

Hoping some of you out there can help me, i am after the names of reputable casting agencies in melbourne. Im looking for acting mainly, though if you know of any with a good track record for extras work? . Has anyone heard of MGM? Ive also been told that Visions are quite good is that true? Cheers, T.
