what to do....

I have recently decided that i would like to take acting further in my life, i have not told myparents yet out of fear that they would react badly to my decision. I am currently taking drama in highschool but i need to know how to get more experience and where to find it. Anything that anyone could offer me would be GREATLY appreciated :) thanks, Courtney xx
