Billy Bigalow - Male 20 to 35 yrs singing and acting role needs to demonstrate anger, love and fear.
Julie Jordon - Female 20 to 35 yrs singing, acting, a gentle person who wants love.
Mr Snow - Male 25 to 40yrs singing and acting has an annoying laugh and is quite pompous.
Carrie - Female 20 to 35yrs singing, acting is a jitter bug of a charecter who is carefree.
Mrs Mullins - Female 40 to 60yrs non singing role the owner of the carousel who has feelings for the young man Billy Bigalow.
Aunt Nettie - Female 40 to 60yrs singing, acting a warm loving person who keeps the men in place but is a mother figure.
Policeman - Male any age acting role who may also be part of the chorus.
Mr Bascome - Male 50 to 70yrs acting, he is Julie and Carrie's boss who owns the local mill.
Jigger - Male 20 to 35yrs acting, singing the bad friend of Billy Bigalow who likes the girls, needs to lift female.
Heaven Friend - Male any age acting role few lines, can be part of chorus.
Star Keeper - 50 to 70yrs character acting role a lovable comedy type person.
Louise - Female 15 to 25yrs dancing role needs to dance with feeling, mischief, anger and love.
Enoch Jnr- 15 to 25yrs
Snow Children - various from 5 yrs to 14yrs (7 wanted)
Male Dancer - 15 to 20 yrs needs to lift Louise in her ballet.
Various Circus Characters - any age, tummblers, clowns, acrobats ect.
Chorus - some solo verses availbale for chorus members you will be required to sing harmonies.
