A sci-fi fantasy based on two separate ideologies, which end up becoming warring factions. Both being intent on enforcing their vision of reality upon every living creature. Spanning countless centuries allowing for a huge array of characters, subplots and themes to be introduced and drive the main plot. Using historical facts altered slightly their origins are not immediately obvious and blown out of proportion so that fantasy aspects can be more exaggerated but leaving it one big grey area so that the individual can decide for themselves as to who is right or wrong. The basic notion being whether freedom is the ability to knowingly do wrong and grow from that or having an unfaltering system of black or white that keeps everyone safe.

In the dying stages of the war with the life of the infant Sekcubra at stake, Rhune has no choice but to restore the fractured mind of Achturis in order to convince Achturis to use his powers to aid them. Put into a deep trance Achturis is forced to relive several key events of his life and must come to terms with the truth about himself as well as the traumatic elements that shaped him into what he is today.

Main Characters

Achturis: Male Mid 20s medium length black hair well built over 6Â’ preferable

The first of XangcrisÂ’ lieutenants and consumed by his need for revenge. Having been raped and left for dead by a small band of Vanysrin priestesses, Achturis is driven to the brink of madness when he learns that one of the priestesses number now carries his child. With these memories having been sealed away in his mind as well as other dark events Achturis must now relive them all in one pain filled dream.

Gaia: Female Mid 20s slender long brown/dark hair brown eyes around 5Â’5Â’Â’

The goddess of earth itself. She alone knows the truth about the origins of Achturis and must now confront he estranged son and hope that he can see the error of his ways and be turned into an instrument of salvation.

Sche: Female Mid 20s short brown hair green eyes preferable around 5Â’7Â’Â’ Toned

A deserter from DekonÂ’s fabled paradise, Vanysra. She was a confidant to both leaders of the two warring factions and as a result she found herself torn for a time between where her loyalties. However after a series of what she believed to be betrayals Sche took it upon herself to weed out all those she deemed to be weak while building up the power of her own situation.

Reanna: Female Mid 20s long/medium length redish dark hair green eyes preferable around 5Â’7Â’Â’ Toned

The ring leader of the rebellious Vanysrin order. Ambushed and overwhelmed Achturis. Being unable to kill him out right she devised a better way to ‘torture’ the chaste zealot of Xangcris.

Tiberius: Male Mid 20s stalky short dark hair over 6Â’ preferable

The second of XangcrisÂ’ minions distrustful of Achturis but is unaware of his brotherÂ’s true origins. Eager for war and battle Tiberius is instantly distrustful of anything that questions or delays his actions.

Shindra: Female Mid 20s green eyes preferable

One of the priestesses under the command of Reanna. She fell pregnant with AchturisÂ’ child and was taken into seclusion so she could give birth in safety, knowing full well that Achturis would try to hunt her down and kill her and the child.

Eve: Female Mid 20s green eyes preferable short dark hair around 5Â’5Â’Â’
One of ReannaÂ’s co conspirators and the one in charged with taking ShindraÂ’s child back to Vanysra where it will be safe from AchturisÂ’ relentless pursuit.

Lilan: Female Mid 20s green eyes preferable medium/long dark hair toned 5Â’7Â’Â’

The final member of ReannaÂ’s faction. Sought to seek out Achturis rather then run and wait for him to find her.

Caryna: Female Mid 20s Blonde blue eyes preferable slender 5Â’5Â’Â’

The child of light and daughter of Liamena, she sacrificed her life so that Sekcubra could be born. She returns to Achturis to gloat more then assist point out his place in the way of things that have occurred and yet to come.

Elkinrod: Female Mid 20s black hair dark eyes slender 5Â’9Â’Â’

The mistress of Dekon and mother of DekonÂ’s only son Demeter. CarynaÂ’s polar opposite and forged of darkness itself she was at one point believed to be kin of Achturis or least the force that possessed him.
