UWA PANTOMIME SOCIETY: AUDITIONS
WANTED: A veritable host of pantomime princesses. Also, a prancing Prince, a hairy fairy, a faithful friend, some very ballsy Little Boys, some scheming Stock Villains – and slimy Reality TV Network Executives.
ThatÂ’s right, the society that brought you the epic Fellowship of Middle Oz, the buxom Indiana Jones and the Mystery of Pleasure Island, the intrepid Something About Aladdin, and Robin HoodÂ’s really Big Beanstalk Â… has finally realised that reality is cheaper than fiction.
In a faraway land, a group of young hopefuls has been selected: the first ever contestants of Nursery Rhyme Land Princess! But behind the cameras lurks the evil, usurping would-be Pretender to the NRL throne. JOIN our cast in lampooning reality to the primal beat of your favourite nursery rhymes.
Our OGM will be held at 7pm, prior to auditions, on 7th March. Attendence of any hopeful actors/singers/dancers/lighting techs/backstage crew/prop makers/costume designers... EVERYBODY :-) would be greatly appreciated.
Remember, it's pantomime: Everybody gets a part, and everybody has fun!
