Children's Party Performers - Male & Female

We are a leading Children's Party and Theatre in Education company. As we work with the industry's best to develop our shows, we expect the best from our performers. We are looking to employ enthusiastic professionals to join our team in Hughesdale (near Chadstone - parties performed all over Melbourne). Our characters include a: Pirate, Mermaid, Super Hero, Fairy, Clown, Princess, Cowboy, Witch, Wizard, Bunny Rabbit, Teddy Bear, Easter Bunny & Santa Claus. Shows are originally scripted, highly structured shows for 1 to 12 year old kids performed at private homes, libraries & public events throughout Melbourne suburbs. Shows written by "Tony Bones" Appleby B.Ed with music by Tony, Tim Smith Dip.Ed (children's Musical Director "Lion King" & "Billy Elliot") & Luke Hunter Dip.Ed (Musical Director for "Rocky Horror" & "Jersey Boys"). Solo & dual character shows are performed around Melbourne (travel fees paid). Company provides all rehearsals, costumes, music & admin. Audition will include some singing (you can bring a backing track of any style or learn one of our simple songs on the day) & reading of character monologues in varying accents (Cowboy - Western, Pirate - Irish, etc). Frequently Asked Questions Shows include original scripted story telling (monologues), 2 or more simple songs, 1 game & balloon sculpting. All skills taught in rehearsals.
