Written & Directed and Directed by Award-winning playwright, Noel O'Neill. All ages can apply from 20 to 70 but they must have a thick Brooklyn accent. The two oldest grandparents are Italian. Audition: 11am Saturday, February 16, 2008 at Kads, The Town Square Theatre, Kalamunda. The season will be from 4 - 31 May 2008. Characters: Vince---Italian[ from Brooklyn] 50.s Rose---his wife[same but late forties] Linda---They're daughter[ twenty ish] Tony---Vince's best friend[ fifties] Angie--Linda'a best friend[twenties] Phillip---Linda's fiancee [twenties] Ma---Rose's mother [italian late sixties] Pop---Rose's father[italian seventies] Synopsis: The play takes place in Brooklyn New York. The family home is turned upside down over an unexpected wedding of a star struck Elvis fan.
