Should she dye her hair or slash her wrists? Either option is going make a terrible mess on the bathroom floor. A knock at the door, however, brings about an evening of deep emotion, revealing just how easily we can be betrayed by those we love. Soon, the pleasant nature of Weston's visit to announce Trish's pregnancy turns sour, when Marge announces - "We are going to have your dad stuffed". But this is not the only surprise in store because Marge has already decided on her husband's final resting place - a large drinks cabinet from Ikea. A bizarre tale that challenges the everyday concept of grief, making this a uniquely funny, yet poignant play. - cast required: Butter - male 65+; Marge - female 65+; Weston - male late 30's early 40's; Trish - female mid 20's “Interior Designs” by Jimmie Chinn directed by Sherrilee Walsh (sherrilee_walsh@hotmail.com) An arrogant odd job man is offering his “services” to three lonely and frustrated women. “Services” being the operative word; Interior Designs follows Holly, Irene and Amy’s yearning to fill the drab emptiness of their lives.
