Ghost Train will be performed at the Henry Lawson Theatre, Werrington on July 23, 24, 30, 31 and August 6, 7.
Set on a bleak night in 1924, six passengers are stranded at a lonely railway station. There is no train till the following morning, no hotel,no taxi and no escape. Their only refuge for the night is the station waiting room but the Station Master warns them not to stay, not this night of all nights.
There are twelve characters, eight men and four women.
Saul,Station Master, male 60+
Richard Winthrop (lead role) about 30.
Elsie Winthrop - about 25.
Charles Murdoch - about 30.
Peggy Murdoch - about 20+.
Miss Bourne - about 60.
Teddy Deakin - 30+ any age.
Julia Price - about 25.
Herbert Price - about 50.
John Stirling - about 40.
Jackson and Smith (Police Officers) 20+.
