After a successful season in 2002, Dave returns with another great nightÂ’s entertainment in March 2004.
Three one act plays - two comedies and a thriller performed at St. Peters
to a cabaret-style audience.

Opening play: ‘Iron Magnolias' – seven ladies in a hairdressing salon
Daisy 35+ Cuddly - likes to think she is in charge-down to earth-busy body.
Freda 35+ Lovable-With a maternal look - tends to get a bit confused.
Evadne 35+ Glamour Queen - a would-be could-be - mutton dressed as lamb.
Dottie 30+ A forthright, hearty person who calls a spade a spade.
Bluebell Palmer 35+ Strong willed, strong personality - could stop a charging rhino.
Roslyn Palmer 18+ BluebellÂ’s daughter- a lot like her mother - but on a smaller scale.
Doreen Small 35+ Slim, well-mannered, full of confidence - holds herself well.

Middle play: ‘Mantrap' - A clever thriller with lots of pace and twists.
Trevor 30+ Sophisticated, dignified, good looks, authoritative.
Josie 20+ Well developed girl – sexy, seductive, cunning.
Talbot 15+ Bit of a slob – gruff, shifty looking, crafty.
Blake 30+ Well-built, smart looking but still a bit shifty.


Final play: ‘Night Out’ -Hilarious four person play with fast comic timing
Mam 35+ Drama queen - tries to be beautiful.
Dad 35+ Lovable, cuddly.
Doreen 18+ Well-developed, seductive nature, a tease.
Eric 18+ A bit on the slow side.


N.B. All characters ages are of course only a guide. For comedy plays, a degree of comic timing is preferred.
