Rest?;)> Codral - clears the head and stops the nose running. Have every> two hours and drink lemonade, they can make you thirsty so keep the> fluids up. You get a bit of energy from the lemonade as well.> I've seen this work before on cast and crew.Check with your pharmacist and you may find a plain brand equivalent with identical ingredients cheaper.I'd also be prepared to talk about the side effects you may wish to avoid. Paracetemol is common to almost all cold'n'flu tablets, codeine is in a few but the ingredients to attack the running nose and stuffed up head are usually antihistamines and/or pseudoephedrine. Personally, i watch out for anything with antihistamines in it; they send me to sleep. Psuedoephedrine gives me a head spin - a little like speed, i'm told. I choose products with the latter over the former but don't be surprised if the pseudoephedrine keeps you awake until dawn :)CheersGrant
