What are the best agencies in Melbourne??

Hi everyone, Can anyone recommend some agencies that are notable in actually doing their job..? I have had my fling with Blackbox Management (mistake) and i do not want a repeat. I am aware that Catherine Poulten have reputable excellence in my area (Melbourne) and have auditioned, but it proved as hard to get into as people say :). SO, my point is, I would be eternally grateful for some advice that will point me in the direction of some other good agencies, that I can try out for… :D thankyou sarah

Can anyone please tell me what is the legal commission that can be taken from an actors pay by their management agent in WA and if this differs all over Australia or is the same, and also what is a reasonable amount of time to wait before payment should be payable. I know some agents in WA that take 20% and some take 10%. I have read on this site that in Queensland it is illegal for an agent to take over 10%. Can Management Agents hold on to payments from Clients for a period of time before paying actors for work already completed.
