Perth Actors Required for Short Film

To all interested actors, We are holding auditions for a short film, 'The Billabong'. This is our graduate film for our Curtin University film degree. The Billabong tells the story of a criminal on the run from the law in the 1890's and the friendship he develops with the Indigenous tracker who helps him find his way. There are two major roles we are currently casting for: Michael. Male, 35-60yrs. He is a violent hardened criminal who is wounded and on the run from the law. Gelar. Male, 20-35yrs. An Indigenous tracker living on the outskirts of town, who is taken hostage by Michael. This a highly character driven piece that centers around the relationship between the two characters, and offers a great opportunity to develop strong performances.
