Firstly, the fact that there hasn't been a hundred or more posts to this site about how bad it is is possibly a good sigg.
On the other hand, there doesn't appear to be any more details out there apart from a listing on the Alliance Agency listing. Maybe have a chat with your local MEAA Union Rep?
