Problem with agent. Please help!

Hi everyone, I was with an extra agent last year and was casted in a commerial around October last year. The problem is I still haven't been paid for it. I am no longer a part of the agency and have contacted them about once a month since, and each time they tell me they will pay me 'soon', but can't tell me when exactly. It's been almost 6 month and I'm wondering if they will ever pay me. Is there anything I can do? Any help much appreciated.

Yes, membership is pretty improtant in this industry. It's about the only union membership I would agree to join without batting an eyelid.

Without them, maybe Consumer Employment Protection? Not too sure what they can do though.
